ToucanHALO Strengthens Market Position with
Acquisition of AdvntBlanket’s HALO Business

 

SIOUX FALLS | OCTOBER 10, 2025 − ToucanHALO, a leading provider of HALO software implementation and IT service management solutions, has announced the acquisition of the HALO business unit of AdvntBlanket Corporation, a move which will significantly enhance its delivery of HALO-powered Enterprise service management solutions across federal, healthcare, and commercial sectors. This acquisition positions ToucanHALO as one of the fastest-growing partners in the HALO ecosystem, enabling the company to deliver value, expertise, and scalable innovation to clients seeking modern ITSM solutions.
